Behaviour unacceptable
Sir, To the inconsiderate people that came into Heaven Scent last Wednesday, your behaviour towards my colleague is unforgivable.
The level of hostility and bad attitude was absolutely appalling. This kind of behaviour will not be accepted, this is a reminder that custom of this kind is no loss nor is it wanted.
The above issue was raised over an out of date gift voucher trying to be used. They clearly state valid for six months (half of year) from the date of purchase. We will not accept any out of date gift vouchers and cannot stress this enough. The rule applies for a reason!
