Woolworths, Brechin, circa 1959
OUR trip down memory lane this week takes us back to 1959 and the opening of the Woolworths store in Brechin's St. David's Street.
The photograph comes courtesy of one of the employees featured Mrs Margaret Dewar (nee Aitken) who was able to name twenty-one of the twenty-five employees pictured.
