Graduates raise funds for attraction

A BRECHIN Total E&P UK Limited graduate is one of a team four who have together organised a fund-raising event.

‘Le Tour de Deeside’ is in aid of VSA’s Easter Anguston Farm, a Peterculter-based visitor attraction that offers training and support to adults with learning difficulties.

Easter Anguston Farm, run by VSA, is the UK’s largest city social care charity supporting people in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, and will benefit from the takings at an adult and family cycle event on Sunday, September 30.

Graduate engineers Drew Annan, Brechin, along with Louise Reid, Jamie Kirkwood and Steven Grzywa have organised and will host the event for TEP UK employees, family and friends to mark the end of their graduate scheme.

Le Tour de Deeside will comprise a team cycle race along the Deeside Way, with integrated Olympic-themed challenges.

As well as raising funds through entry fees the team held an internal coffee morning last week at TEP. Louise, Jamie, Steven and Drew will also volunteer at the farm.
