The team from Brechin Squadron of the ATC (No. 2365) gave a good account of themselves at the national aircraft recognition competition final at Hendon, taking fourth place overall. Flight Sergeant Norman Ferguson was runner-up in the individual event. This is the fifth time Brechin had represented Scotland. With Norman in the team were Sergeants Allan Mann and Colin Whyte.
