The Brechin pre-school play group has got over the problem of its long waiting list by bringing another hall into use.
It was reported at the annual general meeting that the Gardner Memorial Church hall as well as the Cathedral hall will now be used on two days a week with two two-hour sessions on each day.
The group, now in it’s fourth year, will accommodate 88 three to five-year-olds.

At the time of going to press, the Maisondieu Fete had raised a total of £435.64 - £15 up on last year’s record. The Rev. G. F. R. Henderson, who presided, was again delighted to see great support they had - with visitors from as far as Carnoustie.
