BEAUTY MEETS THE BEAST IN FORFAR

IT'S "show time" this week for the young cast members of Beauty and the Beast which runs at the Reid Hall, Forfar on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Rehearsals have been ongoing for Forfar and Kirriemuir Rising Youngstars' production of Disney's much-loved musical.

The Rising Youngstars is a group of highly-talented local young people, aged from 5 to 16, and their previous productions (including Oliver!, Les Miserables, Seussical and The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe) have all been very well-received - and highly enjoyable!

There are over 40 members of the cast rehearsing for almost six months now – and all their hard work, effort and devotion will be on display for all to see over three nights.

The Rising Youngstars' production of Beauty And The Beast is being performed at the Reid Hall in Forfar at 7.30 pm on Thursday, July 1; Friday, July 2 and Saturday, July 3.

Tickets (8 for adults, 6 concessions) are available from Garlands Florists, East High Street, Forfar and David Sims, Roods, Kirriemuir.
