CHAPTER AND VERSE SPECIAL NIGHT
CHAPTER and Verse in Castle Street, Forfar, is hosting a special event this Friday evening from 9.30 pm to 1 am.
The artistes are Tripper - a well-known group which specialises in recreating 60's music.
Their charity single "I can't let Maggie go" is released on July 10 in aid of the Maggie Cancer Centres.
The single features Tripper with Billy Kinsley and Chris Sharrock. Tripper will be appearing at the Echo Arena in Liverpool that day to launch the single.
In advance of the launch Tripper are doing a gig at Chapter and Verse - a 'Sensational Sixties Night' - featuring music by The Kinks, The Beatles, The Small Faces, The Who, Wings and much more.
