Classic soul and rock ‘n roll

Join The Declaration Band in the Park Hotel, Montrose on March 23.

THE Park Hotel in Montrose will welcome The Declaration Band for a gig on Friday, March 23.

This six-piece band from Arbroath play classic soul, rock n roll, and blues. Formed in April 2011 they have been working hard to rehearse and gig as much as possible since then. The band members are Ben Dunn - lead vocals, John ‘The Kid’ Hillian – guitar, Jonny Gordon – bass, Shannon Jamieson – drums, Ewan Gordon - tenor sax and Howard Cargill- trumpet.

In the local area they have carved out an excellent reputation for providing an authentic “Stax” live band sound, In the coming year they are looking to travel and take the show to every corner of the country.
