THE Scottish National Jazz Orchestra presents The Music of Weather Report with special guest, Peter Erskine at the Caird Hall, Dundee on Thursday, February 23 at 7.30 pm.

Consistently the most vital, creative and influential jazz-fusion band of the 1970s and 80s, Weather Report continues to inspire new listeners and committed fans alike. They combine instantly familiar melodies, global influences and swinging, exhilarating grooves, driven for much of their journey by Peter Erskine’s phenomenal drumming. Their music defined the genre with iconic tunes such as the jazz classic, Birdland and major selling albums including Black Market and Heavy Weather.
