More awards for dancers

Dancers at Joyce Cromar School of Dance in Brechin were awarded at a recent prize giving ceremony.

The dancers, who had previously sat medal tests in November (see page four), were given awards from the school for best improved dancer over the course of the year, and an award for the best attendance out of all age groups.

The results were as follows:-

Most improved dancer for seven years and under age group - Shauna McLean.

Most improved dancer for the eight to 10 years age group - Mhairi Cameron and Shauna McLean.

Most improved dancer for the 11 years and over age group - Anna Cameron.

Award of Excellence for the 15 years and over age group - Eilidh MacFarlane.

Best Attendance in the Dance School for 2012 - Chloe McLean.
