The Brechin Fairtrade Forum have been busy raising awareness around the City over the past fortnight. The Co-Op supermarket made up a stall of their Fairtrade products that are always available to purchase in store.

The Forum are busy gathering information and facts for the Fairtrade Foundation Renewal Application of the Brechin Town Fairtrade Status. Maisondieu Primary School had a visit from Koolskools Ltd, who make school uniforms from Fairtrade cotton, and St Andrew’s Episcopal Church held a Fairtrade lunch after their Service in the hall. The Sunrise shop in the High Street also had some special offers and the Forum would like to hear of any other activities happening in the area.
