Brechin Probus Club met in the Northern Hotel on Tuesday, February 4, to enjoy a talk and demonstration by the local chocolatier, Charlotte Benvie.
Charlotte explained how, having been made redundant, she took up cookery courses to improve her cooking skills, with a particular interest in chocolate and the variety of items which she could make with it. This introduction was followed by a demonstration.
Jim Hawke proposed the vote of thanks. The date of the next meeting is Tuesday, February 18, at 10 a.m.
