Delving back in time

This week's Down Memory Lane picture comes from the Brechin Advertiser's archives and featured in the January 26, 1984 edition. The original caption reads: 'Mr James Sneddon, of Double Dykes, Brechin, not only took advantage of the snow and freezing temperatures, but also the full moon in a clear night sky, to build an igloo in his garden. Built from pre-cut blocks of frozen snow, the igloo has proved a fascinating attraction for local children, including these youngsters from Townhead Nursery.'
