EDZELL Lethnot Glenesk Guild met last Tuesday when president Glenys Small spoke of the World Day of Prayer at the Cathedral and informed members of the training day at Arbroath on Saturday (March 9).

The speaker for the afternoon was unable to attend and the Guild were most grateful to Rev. Brian Ramsey of Aberlemno who gave an interesting talk on six books he would take with him to a Desert Island.

Members then told of their choices the would take with them.

The meeting was led by Pat Glaister and the pianist was Sylvia Mealls.

The vote of thanks was given by Margaret Taylor.

Tea was served and the meeting closed with all saying Grace.
