The Edzell Lethnot Glenesk Guild resumed their meetings on January 7. President Glenys Small gave everyone a warm welcome and wished everyone a happy new year.
She continued the meeting with hymns and a reading depicting the feast of Epiphany.
A warm welcome was given to Reverend David Gray, who gave an interesting talk on ‘Cross Reach’.
This is one of six projects the Guild is supporting in Scotland. Jill McPhee gave the vote of thanks. Eileen White was pianist. Tea was served and the meeting closed with everyone saying The Grace.
The next meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 21, at 2 p.m. This will take the form of a Scots afternoon to celebrate the birth of our national bard Robert Burns.
