Brechin Photographic Society has closed its programme of meetings this year, with Ken Ness winning the Angus Cup at the last meeting.

Ken won for his image of Mont Saint Michel (pictured).

Winners in other categories, included Charles Allison, who was named the winner for the beginners category. Jean Wigglesworth accrued the most points in the intermediate category and Beryl Woodger winning the trophy in the advanced section.

The mini project was won by Pam Drever and the winner of the main project was Andy Hayes. The mono print of the year was won by Ken Ness with Pat Ness winning the colour print of the year.

Meetings will resume in September. In the meantime members have a series of Sunday outings to various landmarks and events to look forward to.
