Angus Local Health Council is to pass on to the health board the view that no move to close Fyfe-Jamieson Maternity Home should be made until facilities are provided in Forfar. Consensus of opinion of the committee is that Ninewells Hospital does not provide as good after-care service and in the majority of cases mothers prefer to be sent back to the Fyfe-Jamieson.
