Football: under 14’s, St Andrews, 1, Brechin, 3.
A great win for the boys against the team placed third in the league. Despite being up against it for most of the match they broke away and scored three great goals. In the first half St Andrews looked more like scoring especially when they were awarded a penalty, but missed and the first half was goalless.

Football: royals, 2, Brechin FPs 4.
Brechin FPs kept their chance of avoiding relegation alive with a good performance at Laurencekirk. Straight from kick-off Brechin took control and Mayo came close with a couple of long range efforts. They took the lead after 13 minutes when John Burness curled a free-kick high into the net from an acute angle.
