A fighting City - with Britton instead of Willie Gibson at right back - put up a meritorious stand against high-scoring Albion, who have netted 14 times in two games, at Glebe Park on Saturday. They were on equal terms (2-2) until 15 minutes from the end. The visitors, however, crashed their way to victory with three goals in an overwhelming finish.

Football: The recommendation of the management committee for the reorganisation of the Scottish Football League for 1975-76,was accepted by 29 votes to eight. The league will then consist of three divisions - Premier Division of 10 clubs, First Division of 14 clubs; and Second Division of 13 or 14 clubs.
