Football: Brechin City 0, Stranraer 7.
City suffered their biggest defeat of the season when Stranraer beat them 7-0 at Glebe Park on Saturday. This will be a game they will want to forget, a game which was marred by injury. The finished the match with nine men, and at one time, were playing with only eight players. They had three different goalkeepers during the match.

Football: Brechin YM 9, Mearns Utd 0.
YM played attacking football right from the start, with only 12 minutes gone, Petrie put them ahead, Reid added number two. After some good work from Henderson, the YM were playing full of confidence. Additional scorers were Reid, Spink (2) Belford and Watt (2).
