The House of Dun will be the location of an Autumn plant sale on Sunday, September 29, held by the Angus Members Centre of the National Trust for the National Trust for Scotland.
The sale, which takes place from 1.30 to 3.30 p.m., will take place in the courtyard.
There will be a wide variety of plants on sale, grown by the gardening group or donated by members - trees, shrubs, hedging, herbaceous, house-plants, fruit bushes.
Any donations of plants or produce will be gratefully received.
If you have plants to donate, please phone 01307 463860 or 01575 572914.
For those of you who have been to one of our sales before, we trust the plants have survived - but what have you done with the empty pots?
A spokesperson for the group said: “We received many pots a few years ago, but we are now rapidly running out and need to
replenish our stocks.
“If you have any pots taking up room in your shed/garage, we would be delighted to have them. We are especially interested in one and two litre pots (13 cm or 6” and 17 cm or 6.5” diameter).
“You can bring them along to the plant sale on Sunday or leave them in a bag under our bench in the courtyard at House of Dun.”
