Bowling club visit for Brechin Rotary

Brechin Rotary Club have recently enjoyed their annual pilgrimage to Parkview Bowling Club.

Rotary club president Steve Collis, said they had a great visit with much fun and a little skill on display as the rotarians were given a few
lessons in the technique of the sport.

“We must thank Alan Robinson and Parkview members for their usual wonderfully warm welcome. It made for a great evening of enjoyment and fellowship,” he said.

“We are delighted to hear that Parkview’s John Doyle has been selected to play in the singles’ competition at the Scottish physically disabled bowling championships in Ayr next month. John is hoping to qualify for the world championships in New Zealand in 2016 and Brechin Rotary Club wish him all the best.”
