Angus Community Safety Partnership is set to link up with the Electrical Safety Council to hold safety days throughout the county during the next three weeks. They will be focusing particularly on electric blanket safety.
If a blanket is found to be faulty, it can be exchanged for a voucher to help replace it with a new one.
Members of the public are invited to attend the sessions at the following locations:
Brechin - October 22, from 10am until 2pm, at the Scott Street Fire Station.
Forfar - October 18, from 10am until 2pm, at the Strang Street Fire Station.
Montrose: November 2, from 10 am until 2pm, at the Garrison Road Fire Station.
