A Brechin based business is set to create 100 new jobs over the next five years once it completes construction on new premises.
Hydrus, which is currently based at Eastmill Road, is due to expand it’s company when by building new premises at Brechin Business Park next year.
The start of construction was marked with a visit to the new site today (Wednesday) by Hydrus managing director (test and assembly) Mark Williams, and Provost of Angus Helen Oswald.
The Brechin Advertiser reported earlier this year that the company planned to expand when Angus Council’s development standards committee were asked to approve the company’s proposals at Brechin Business Park.
