Carriageway, footway and kerbing works have commenced on Infirmary Street, Brechin, on Monday, which will affect the movement of pedestrians and vehicles for a period of about two weeks.
Access to the health centre along Infirmary Road will not be affected during the first week of the footway and kerbing works however residents have been asked to find alternative parking while the work is being carried out.
Information boards will be erected to inform residents when carriageway works are to commence.
During this time a full road closure will be in operation with the exception of buses which will be allowed access to the health centre throughout the duration of the works.
Domestic refuse collection will be unaffected and wheelie bins etc should be put out as normal.
