A series of winter workshops have been organised by Business Gateway to help local entrepreneurs grown their business.
Two free workshops, designed to help those looking to expand, will be held in November at the Centre for Enterprise, Keptie Street, Arbroath.
The first takes place on Tuesday, November 11, from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and focuses on social media. It will identify the potential business benefits and challenges of using social media tools, as well as highlighting good and bad practice.
The second seminar is on managing people at takes place on Monday, November 24, from 1.30 to 4.30 p.m. This event will look at the how to manage staff effectively and how to implement processes for reviewing performance, development and how to deal with non-performance.
