Appeal following Montrose Street disturbance

Police Scotland are appealing for witnesses following a serious incident on Montrose Street, Brechin, in the early hours of this morning (Saturday).

As a result of the disturbance, which took place at 2.20 a.m., a 35-year-old man sustained serious injuries that required treatment at Dundeeā€™s Ninewells Hospital.

Police would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have seen the incident or from anyone who may have any information relating to the incident.
