Police seek help for two incidents

Police in Brechin are seeking information on a number of incidents from the area that occurred in the past week.

Sometime between 1.30 and 4.30 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, a light brown Nissan Quasqai motor car was vandalised when someone scratched a swirl pattern into the body work on the passenger door. The vehicle had been parked and unattended in the car park near to the Angus College Campus at Brechin High School, Duke Street, Brechin, at the time. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them

Police are keen to trace and speak with a female dog walker and some High School pupils who were in the Wards Road park sometime around 4 to 4.15 p.m. on Friday, June 21. The dog walker was wearing a red top and cropped jeans and the dog was a golden Labrador or retriever. This in connection with a report of a youth acting suspiciously. This male was aged around 12 to 14 years, about 5 foot 2” tall, slim build and pale complexion. He was wearing a grey hooded top and dark coloured bottoms.
