Witnesses sought after car vandalism

Police in Brechin are appealing for information after reports of a car being vandalised in the town.

Sometime between noon on Saturday, June 8, and 10 a.m. on Sunday, June 9, a black Citroen motor car was dented and scratched on the rear driver’s side door.

The vehicle had been parked and was unattended in Guthrie Park, Brechin. There was a disturbance heard in the area in the early hours of the morning and Police are keen to speak with anyone who may have information about that or who may have any information regarding the vandalism.

Police are also seeking information following a report of a theft from a Brechin bar.

Sometime between 6 and 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5, a mobile phone was stolen from the rear of the bar at the Park Bar, Park Road, Brechin.
