A Scottish event was held at Andover Primary School last Tuesday evening to showcase the newly learned Scottish poetry songs and music.

All classes were represented in the poetry reading and the infants stole the show with a loud rendering of Three Craws and You Canna Shove yer Granny...

Pupils from primary six had made up their own Scottish poems and Primary seven kids presented a short film-Chewin ‘The Custard.

Art work from pupils in primary one through to primary seven was on display. Pupils from primary seven helped to serve the stovies that had been partially prepared by children who attend the Cooking Club.

This was a greatly opportunity for the children to all work together. The Parent Council made £343 and are most grateful to al those who contributed to the success of the evening.

Pictured are some of the pupils who show-cased their talent at the Scottish night.
