Brechin Optometrist David Robinson visited Maisondieu Primary last week to give Mrs Beveridge’s and Miss Coleman’s P5 classes an insight into the world of vision and light.

The children learned all about how eyes work, including such interesting facts as to what would happen to their pupils if a tiger was let loose in their classroom and why frogs eyes bulge out.

David said: “I was really impressed with the children’s enthusiasm to learn all about their eyes and how they work. Following my presentation, I was delighted with the range of thoughtful and intelligent questions that were thrown at me! The pupils were a credit to the school.”
