Jubilee Celebrations

The children of Stracathro Primary School laid on a free ceilidh for the people of Stracathro and Inchbare community at the Stracathro Hall on Monday, June 4 to celebrate the Queens Diamond Jubilee. A piper was there to welcome the guests and the children opened the event with a medley of songs before the ceilidh bands struck up. It is many years since an event such as this has brought the members of the community together and they danced the night away amongst the children and families from the school.
