Dundee and Angus College is looking to build self confidence and improve relationships through a course available at it’s Brechin learning centre.
The course, entitled ‘Self hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming’ is four week course that takes place in March and aims to build self confidence, improve relationships, overcome bad habits and help implant positive messages.
As the newly merged college starts to take off, the courses available have changed. Sheila MacGregor, who is the manager of the Brechin learning centre, said: “There are changes ahead in terms of the actual building we work from in Brechin, but in terms of courses there are some exciting and diverse plans.
“In the short term, we still have spaces on our Holiday Spanish for Beginners course, starting towards the end of January. Or if you’re interested IT systems, there is a course running in the centre too.”
