Pupils from Brechin High School have given their CVs a boost with a new qualification.
High School pupil Cain Lindsay explained: “For several weeks, a number of Brechin High School third year pupils have been working on the introduction to food hygiene certificate which is provided by The Royal Environmental Health Institute (REHIS).
“This certificate recognises the hard work of the third year pupils who have met the stage one requirements of the industry guides to good hygiene practice.
“This achievement also enhances the participants’ employability skills and will be a bonus to have on their CV’s.
“It has taken a number of weeks but on Thursday, November 13, the pupils were finally handed their certificates in a special assembly.”
