Co-Op, Trinity Road, is hosting a fund-raising event on June 5 from 10am to 4pm.
The event includes bouncy castles, face-painting and much more. The event hopes to raise cash for Jet’s Fund.
Four year old Jet, who attends Maisondieu Nursery, suffers from a rare genetic condition called Micro-Deletion of Long Arm Chromosome 2 and she has also been diagnosed with autism.
Jet’s Fund aims to raise enough cash to buy multi-sensory room to enable Jet daily access to equipment that will allow her to learn in an unconventional way. Multi-sensory equipment encourages a safe and stimulating learning area. It uses both visual and audio toys, which Jet enjoys.
