Guide Dogs Scotland, who have a training centre in Forfar, are looking for people to help raise funds for the charity by hosting a family fun day.

Guide Dogs Scotland asks people to find imaginative and fun ways of raising money to help them with their work.

Alis Atagan, from Guide Dogs Scotland fund-raising, said: “We receive no government funding and rely entirely on public donations to fund our life-changing guide dog service.

“We also work to develop new ways to bring mobility and independence to blind and partially sighted people, including children and young people.

“Your donations have a real impact on people’s lives.”
