Brechin Healthcare Group is holding a public ‘Have Your Say!’ meeting on September 14 in the Brechin Baptist Fellowship premises, Clerk Street, from 7.30 to 9.30pm.
A spokesperson for Brechin Healthcare Group said: “The group is very interested in hearing views from local people of all ages about what they would expect to see by way of comprehensive health services in our community.
“Lots of people are asking questions about what the future holds for local health services, including Brechin Health Centre, Brechin Infirmary, the Minor Injury and Illness Unit, pre and post-natal care, palliative care and community beds.
“Brechin Healthcare Group is keen to canvass ideas from our local community about how involved you want to be in taking responsibility for our own health.
“In the tradition of BRAVO Brechin and Brechin City Hall Users Group, we believe that we can take an active part in planning and helping to deliver health services to meet our needs.
“We want to hear your thoughts on the kind of primary care service you believe we should seek to design and provide to meet the needs of all of our community.”
