Angus residents living with a long term condition can receive more support by accessing a free online self management course aimed at helping people to live better.
The Expert Patient Programme is an internet accessed self management course for people aged 18 and over who are living with a long term condition.
The free course lasts six weeks and participants can access the course at anytime and from anywhere that has an internet connection.
The next Expert Patient Programme online group is due to start on Wednesday, July 17, with another starting on Wednesday, September 4, and Angus residents living with a long term condition are invited to apply to join the programmes.
The programme aims to provide people living with a long term condition with up-to-date information to help support them to improve the quality of their lives on a daily basis.
