LOCAL people are being asked to make their views known on the future of services for older people in Angus.

The Angus Community Health and Social Care Partnership is currently consulting on its joint commissioning strategy for 2013-2016 which aims to outline its proposals for the reshaping of local services to better meet the needs of the older population.

A series of events will be taking place across Angus where a short presentation will be made on the strategy followed by the opportunity to discuss and debate what the future should look like. The events are taking place at the following locations and dates:-

Kirriemuir Town Hall - Wednesday, May 8, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, from 1.30 to 3.30 p.m., and from 5.30 to 7.30 p.m.

Montrose Town Hall - Monday, May 20, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, from 2 to 4 p.m., and from 5 to 7 p.m.

St Andrews Church, Arbroath - Monday, May 27, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, from 2 to 4 p.m., and from 5 to 7 p.m.
