Love was in the air last week when residents of Bearehill Care Home in Brechin held a Valentine’s day concert on February 14.
The concert followed a week’s worth of Valentine’s activities that had taken place at the Brechin care home including cake decorating, Valentine’s cards and love trees with painted hearts.
Singing to residents at the concert was Maureen Jelks, a folk singer from Kirriemuir.
A raffle was held raising £111 towards the home’s comfort fund.
This fund enables residents to take part in activities that interest them or to go on trips.
Local businesses that contributed to the raffle were: Bruce Brymers, Sanpado, Kavak, Sweets and Treats and Tip to Toe Beauty.
Thanks goes to all who contributed to the raffle.
