‘Heart Start’ course

HEARTSTART Discovery run free two-hour training sessions in emergency Life support for members of the public. These actions include: caring for an unconscious person who is breathing; caring for an unconscious person who is not breathing and performing CPR; how to recognise the signs and symptoms of a heart attack and how to deal with that; helping someone who is choking; helping someone who is bleeding badly.

Courses are free and no medical knowledge is required. Places available are as follows:

Montrose - Monday, November 19, 10.30am to 12.30pm.

Arbroath - Friday, November 30, 10.30am to 12.30pm.
