There is just over a week to go until voting closes for the Bank of Scotland Community Fund and Brechin’s The Attic is counting on you to help them win the top prize of £3,000.

The Brechin youth project, has been shortlisted alongside three other Angus organisations to gain funding from the Bank of Scotland Community Fund.

In each community, the two good causes with the most votes will each receive £3,000, with the other two receiving awards of £300 each.

A spokesperson from The Attic said: “We are always looking for local community support whether it is through becoming a volunteer, support a local cup cake challenge or just giving us a simple single vote to help gain funding through the Bank of Scotland Community Fund.

“The Attic supports young people and provide them with a safe place to go four nights a week with friends.

“We are one of the last four organisations in the local draw for this funding and we would appreciate any support given to help us towards receiving this money.

“The young people of the Attic are also voting for us but we need your support too. The Attic needs you.”

Vote for the Attic by texting VOTE CQSC to 82332 or online at https://communityfund.bankofscotland.co.uk/voting/cf_home.asp by November 1.
