Arbroath-born chef Andrew Stott is opening a pop-up restaurant next weekend to bring the flavour of France to the town.
Head chef and owner of the award-winning Le Bistro Beaumartin in Glasgow, Andrew is taking the opportunity while his restaurant relocates to put together a very special menu in the Meadowbank Inn.
He said: “I’ve been French trained in cheffing for 28 years and have lived in France for 14 years so the dining experience I’m offering is truly authentic. There are no other restaurants in town offering this kind of menu so it’s a chance for people to enjoy something a little bit different. As well as a four-course meal, diners will also enjoy a complimentary glass of wine.”
