Time is running out to apply for a grant from the GSK Angus Community Awards scheme.
The Montrose GSK site has committed £10,000 for the awards, which will be made to local organisations who are dedicated to improving the local community by helping people to do more, feel better, live longer.
The organising team has been impressed by the applications received to date but is keen to ensure that as many worthwhile groups as possible have the chance to benefit from the scheme.
A spokesperson for GSK said: “This is a great opportunity for GSK to make a really positive contribution to the community that we have been part of for over 60 years. We would encourage anyone who feels that their group could benefit from a donation to apply as soon as possible.”
If you are a non profit making charity or community group wishing to apply for an award ranging between £100 - £1,000 to fund a specific activity or purpose that will benefit people in Angus, please email UK-SiteMontrose@gsk.com to receive an application form.
The closing date for applications is September 30.
