Brechin Police’s latest crime file

Brechin Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident which occurred on Saturday, January 19, on a Strathtay double decker bus which was travelling from Montrose to Brechin, sometime around 4 to 4.30 p.m.

Police would like to speak with any passengers who were on the bus, including three males (who appeared to be together) and who got off along with a female passenger at the stop in Montrose Street, prior to the Victoria Bar.

Sometime prior to Thursday, January 24, access was gained to the yard at Duncan McIntosh Engineering, West Road, Brechin and an attempt was made to steal wheels from two trailers there.

Police appealing for anyone with any information or who may have seen any persons or vehicles acting suspiciously in that area to contact them.
