Church windows smashed again
Brechin Police are seeking witnesses to a number of incidents that have occurred over the course of the past week.
A purple and silver bicycle was stolen from a garden in Mountskip Crescent at sometime between 8.30 p.m., on Sunday, February 17, and 5 p.m., on Monday, February 18.
The cycle was later recovered in Kinghorn Place.
Police are appealing for witnesses who may have seen someone using the bike over that timescale, to contact them.
A living room window, measuring two feet by three feet, was smashed at a property in Provost Buchan Road at sometime between midnight and 8 a.m. on Sunday, February 24.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have any information to contact them as soon as possible.
Two small windows, measuring four by six inches were smashed in the balcony window, which overlooks Southesk Street, at Gardner Memorial Church at sometime between 1.30 p.m., on Sunday, February 17, and 3.pm., on Thursday, February 21.
This is an addition to the vandalism that was reported two weeks ago.
If anyone witnessed anyone throwing stones at properties, please call Brechin Police at the time on their new non-emergency number 101.
This month’s unclaimed property includes a set of two keys - one with a red top, a mobile phone in a pink cover, a soft toy frog, a ladies change purse with a key (a females name on the fob), a hearing aid, a gents navy wallet, and a red bike.
