Passage from India presentation
Despite the wintry weather there was a good attendance at the meeting of the Edzell, Lethnot Glenesk Church guild on Tuesday, February 5.
President Glenys Small gave a warm welcome to everyone, then gave an update on those people who have been sick and housebound.
The meeting was then led by Dorothy Pert who welcomed the speaker Noel Mathias who gave an interesting talk and video presentation on one of the guild’s projects ‘Passage from India’.
Passage from India is ongoing in the poor parts of the big cities where there is much poverty.
Cicelia Fernandez proposed the vote of thanks.
Tea was served and the meeting closed with saying the Grace. Blessings were sent with Noel to Glasgow.
The next meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 19, and will feature ‘Graham’s Kitchen’ by Bridget and Fergus Gilies.
