Speed signs to return to Inchbare

AT THE recent Inveresk Community Council meeting, Councillor Mairi Evans confirmed the return of the LED speeding signs to Inchbare.

The signs arrived in Inchbare earlier in the summer but after two weeks they had been removed.

Councillor Evans had looked into this matter on the residents’ behalf and was pleased to announce the signs are expected to arrive back next month for a 16-week period, after a semi-permanent rota was drafted by Angus Council.

It was also revealed that the 30mph hour signs that had blocked the view of Edzell arch have been removed, and the vegetation growing in the arch had been sprayed by Angus Council.
