Edzell Village Improvement Society is to hold a meeting to discuss the future of the village’s skip site.
The group are urging as many of the local community to attend the public meeting, which takes place at the Panmure Arms Hotel in Edzell on Tuesday, March 31.
At the meeting, which will get underway at 7 p.m., Edzell Village Improvement Society (EVIS) would like to discuss the future of Edzell Skip Site with the community and Angus Council members.
There is possibility for some improvement of the skip site if it is used more frequently and kept well maintained by the Edzell Skip Committee.
However, one of the issues the skip site is facing, is a lack of manpower.
Despite the committee’s best efforts, this issue is proving to be quite challenging for managing the skip site.
A spokesperson from the Edzell Skip Committee explained: “As the skip site is a community driven scheme we hope to hear from as many people as we can who use the skip.
“We are also open to suggestions about what we can do to improve the skip site.”
