Angus Council has rearranged the open evening for the proposals to enhance Brechin High School and associated community facilities in Brechin at Brechin High School on Monday, January 24 at 7 pm.
The council is consulting on a proposal relating to the upgrading and improvement of Brechin High including adopting a “community campus” approach to determine the extent of services to be provided on the campus.
The meeting is in place of the open meeting which was arranged for Tuesday, December 7, which was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.
The open meeting, at which the council will be represented, will provide more information regarding the proposals to parents, carers and members of the public.
Due to the cancellations of the first meeting the council has extended the consultation period to January 31.
Therefore, in addition to contributing to the above meeting, anyone wishing to comment on the proposals should write to the Director of Education, Angus Council, Angus House, Orchard Bank Business Park, Forfar, DD8 1AE.
Alternatively people complete the online form via the “have your say” section of the Angus Council website www.angus.gov.uk on or before Monday, January 31.
